1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VOSD platform, including the VOSD Store website (app.vosd.in), the VOSD mobile app, the VOSD Wheels ride-booking app, and the VOSD Driver app (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Voice of Stray Dogs (“VOSD”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You may register using Google, Apple, or an email and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account works across all VOSD services — the store, wheels, and any future services.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. VOSD Store

4.1 Products and Pricing

• All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
• We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary due to screen settings.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We may cancel or limit orders if stock is insufficient.

4.2 Orders and Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We support UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product prices, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.
• Order confirmation is sent via email and in-app notification.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to addresses within India. International shipping is not currently available.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4.4 Returns and Refunds

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Perishable and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4.5 Cashback and Wallet

• Cashback credits are awarded at our discretion and may vary by product and promotion.
• Credits are added to your VOSD Wallet and can be used across all VOSD services.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the cashback programme at any time.

4.6 Coupons

• Coupons are subject to specific terms, including minimum order value, expiry date, and usage limits.
• Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to revoke coupons obtained through fraud or error.

5. VOSD Wheels

5.1 Ride Booking

• VOSD Wheels provides animal ambulance and transport services.
• Fare estimates are provided at the time of booking. Final charges may vary based on actual distance, waiting time, and other factors.
• Booking a ride constitutes acceptance of the estimated fare.
• We reserve the right to cancel rides due to driver unavailability, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.

5.2 Ride Payments

• Ride payments are processed through Razorpay. Wallet credits may be applied to ride fares.
• In case of payment failure, the ride fare becomes payable on your next booking.

5.3 Your Responsibilities

• You must be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• You are responsible for the safety and handling of your animal during the ride.
• You must not engage in any behaviour that endangers the driver, the vehicle, or other animals.
• Damage to the vehicle caused by your animal or your actions may result in charges.

5.4 Driver Conduct

Drivers are expected to maintain professional conduct. If you experience any issues with a driver, please report it through the app’s rating and feedback system or contact us directly.

6. VOSD Driver App

• The VOSD Driver app is for authorised drivers only, who have completed KYC verification.
• Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of VOSD.
• Drivers must maintain valid licences, insurance, and vehicle fitness certificates.
• Driver earnings are subject to VOSD’s commission structure and payout schedule.
• VOSD reserves the right to deactivate driver accounts for policy violations, poor ratings, or safety concerns.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.
• Post abusive, defamatory, or harmful content in reviews or communications.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Services.
• Resell products purchased through the VOSD Store without authorisation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design — is the property of VOSD or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes; we do not guarantee that they are complete, accurate, or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VOSD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOSD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Services and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
