2.1 Information You Provide

• Profile information: dog profiles (breed, age, weight, health conditions) you add to your account.
• Order information: shipping address, billing details, and purchase history.
• Payment information: processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
• Communications: messages, reviews, ratings, and feedback you submit through our Services.
• Driver information (VOSD Driver app): KYC documents, driver licence, vehicle details, and bank account for payouts.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, and interaction patterns.
• Location data: precise location when you use VOSD Wheels (for pickup/drop and live ride tracking). Location is collected only while the app is in use and only with your permission.
• Push notification tokens: device tokens for Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver order and ride status updates.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Social sign-in: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from the provider. We do not receive your password.
• Payment provider: Razorpay shares transaction status (success/failure) and a payment reference ID. We do not receive your full payment instrument details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Process and fulfil your orders, rides, and service requests.
• Create and manage your account across all VOSD services.
• Provide personalised product recommendations based on your dog profiles.
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, ride status notifications, and receipts.
• Process payments and manage your cashback wallet.
• Match you with available drivers for VOSD Wheels rides.
• Improve our Services through analytics and usage patterns.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• Shipping partners: your name, address, and phone number are shared with logistics providers to deliver your orders.
• Payment processor (Razorpay): payment details are shared to process transactions securely.
• Drivers (VOSD Wheels): your name, phone number, and pickup/drop locations are shared with the assigned driver during a ride.
• Customers (VOSD Driver app): your name, vehicle details, and live location are shared with the customer during a ride.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. Order and transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure password hashing, and access controls for stored data. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your account and associated personal data.
• Withdraw consent for location tracking or push notifications at any time through your device settings.
